Regarding PPP or payperpost,pwde kang mag apply as long as your blog is 1 month and Subdomains and Free Blogs Allowed Except Wordpress Free Blogs. You may try Social Spark it is almost the same as Payperpost.
Another source of my income is Dneero. It is like a survey or converstaion. You need to answer 3 to 5 questions only, and then you will be given a code for you to display on your blog, friendster or even myspace.
